The Link Between Posture and Gut Health

Our posture is the foundation for everything. The more stressed you feel or the longer you stare at your phone or laptop your posture is compromised. When that happens all your organs in your body are being pushed down and things like digestion become harder for your body. Being a specialist in gut health, I know that it is so important to allow your body the best possible set up for good healthy digestion so you don’t get backed up, bloated, gassy, or get acid reflux.
